Dear Nancy and Carla: I moved back to Los Angeles last year because of three major reasons.  The first being the trafficking victims I was speaking to who are informing me they are being falsely arrested, threatened, and even outright trafficked by people within law enforcement.  When Chris Butler and another officer were finally arrested in 2013 - the ring itself they were a part of was not shut down.  RICO laws were invented for these reasons - you can take out one or two players but if the network itself is left operating nothing changes.  I have information as to where the heads of this ring reside and do business, that I'm trying to get the authorities to look at and address because things have changed with respect to our work with victims of this ring.   In the past, we've been able to extract victims from trafficking rings that utilized law enforcement.  However, with the new technology it's become impossible to do with the more sophisticated rings.  Leavin

When you're spear heading a campaign that stopped arresting juvenile prostitutes - you also stopped mandatory HIV/AIDS testing that prostitutes are required to get when arrested.  Because of your campaign, there are no statistics for HIV for juvenile prostitutes for 2015 available.  Nothing to contrast with any other rates of HIV to see if the number is growing or lessening.  Nothing which can be used to even help get an estimate done so any grants can be applied for in order to do outreach. If one checks my news clips at www.hightechmadam.com one sees some articles which have appeared about me since 1984 to present day. Anyone who has ever appeared in the media in any way, as well as anyone who has even been bullied, knows that you can't judge another person based on not only media you might read about someone online, but especially through rumors said behind someone's back. Let me point out first of all that predators do everything they can to control you and isolate you.  They try and tell you who to hang out with, who to be friends with, and they do everything they can to make sure that you don't have friends outside of their sphere of influence.  They want to make sure that you don't have anyone that would back you up against them right?  My father kept me isolated from all the other kids at school.  He kept my mom isolated from having any friends.
