SESTA/FOSTA OPPOSITION

Now maybe I look at this lawsuit a bit differently because I've been working as a paralegal for so long now, but when I've shown this case to various lawyers - they all say the same thing - this case will be dismissed for a lack of standing. EVEN IF they can prove standing, they can't prove damages. If they can't show actual damages by SESTA/FOSTA - then how on earth are they going to prove they can over turn this case. I do know that "Alex Andrews" wormed her way into being in this case above and beyond myself - who I knew couldn't prove any standing or damages that SESTA/FOSTA harmed her, especially since I knew not only was this someone claiming to be a working sex worker, someone who others were telling me was still in sex work, but further wasn't even her real name. At the time, she had been telling people down in SWOP-Orlando she was "one of them" right as the chapter head there was struggling with health issues, and then eventually killed herself. This was to people who didn't know about her fraud case out of Oklahoma - or any of the stuff she'd pulled on us or when she tried to infiltrate and take over our hotline. I've gone through this with my ex-husband as well as many other times with these types of predators - I know that eventually people will see through this act - I just have to give it time. I found it interesting that Google pulled nothing up about the fraud case against Jesse Maley, but Duckduckgo did (showing their value when you're trying to do actual research by the way). I saw the attorney general of Oklahoma starting to put a case together against Jesse that magically disappeared once she joined this SESTA/FOSTA lawsuit however. But in Jesse's declaration, she takes credit for the only websites that have ever bashed me and SWA online. So now we now the who and the motive behind those sites bashing us now don't we? I emailed Aaron again asking if he wanted to talk about substituting in a plaintiff that had actual standing, could prove damages, and might actually stand a chance at winning this case - and he didn't respond of course. Tell me why would the court believe this harms sex trafficking victims when the only groups who are joining in the suit are groups who support people staying IN sex work, and have absolutely no track history of ever helping any actual sex trafficking victims to know what they've even talking about? This is as bad as the Backpage case that also had no idea what they were even prosecuting that resulted in a lot of press - but no convictions. And Jesse is now answering yet another hotline for sex workers that she KNOWS can't afford any of the callers any of the protections a 12 step program affords their members. A 12 step group is the ONLY group that by law - no information gathered in connection with any calls to that group or attendance at any of their functions can be used in a court of law against this person. They can't even get a search warrant legally for our records the 12 step programs are so protected. But yet they've set up another hotline and group NOT offering these protections to the people who call them as Jesse's done again down in Florida.
